1. Getting Started in Leadership Coaching (Level 1). 8-session phone or in-person class. Participants read a section of Leadership Coaching and listen to an audio session each week, then discuss and practice in a group session. The in-depth course outlines require a trained coach. Requires 3 hrs per week. Presenter materials $5; participant materials $42 each.
2. Peer Coach Training Program (Level 1). An 8-session DVD-based course that does not require a skilled presenter. Can be offered as a class, where each participant develops an ongoing peer coaching relationship, or as a workshop using only the group sessions. Requires 2 hrs per week. Presenter materials (Book, DVD Set, Workbook and Facilitator's Guide) $99; participant Workbook $13 each.
