Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold by Coach22.com within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (when you received an incorrect or defective item). Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

After 21 days from time of order, items in new, unused condition may be returned for refund less a 15% restocking fee. We will verify the item condition before sending your refund.

Defective items can be exchanged or returned for refund. If you've received the incorrect item, contact us at info@coach22.com and we'll sort it out. Please make sure to contact our office before sending any items back.

Refunds will not be given for:

Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
Books showing obvious signs of use
Items which are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
