Guess What!

We wrote this license agreement in plain English, and we kept it short, so you can actually read it before you click the "I agree" button at the bottom of the page. This will answer some important questions about billing procedures and so forth, so it is worth taking the time to go through! Here's a short summary of the five basic rules, followed by an expanded version:

  1. If you don't pay, you'll lose your account.
  2. No profanity, illegal or sexually explicit material. Only coaching web sites are allowed. We have the right to tell you when you've crossed the line.
  3. The content on this site belongs to us. You may not take it and use it elsewhere for yourself, a friend or to sell.
  4. If you start sending spam (unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail) from your domain, you'll lose your account.
  5. Once you sign up, you'll be billed automatically from then on to keep your site active. You can cancel at any time.

Terms and Conditions
Web Coaching Solutions provides template-based web sites for professional coaches, sold on a subscription basis. Our web site lists what is included with your subscription. Features may be changed without notice.

Restrictions

  1. While we will do our best to maximize up-time, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
  2. We provide no promotional services other than hosting your site, and make no guarantees of the success of your site in garnering customers, hits or search engine listings.
  3. Illegal or sexually explicit content as well as profanity are prohibited. Only professional coaching web sites are allowed. We reserve the sole right to determine when a site crosses the line and becomes offensive. Owners of sites which do not meet our criteria may be asked to change their sites, or may have their accounts terminated.
  4. While we will do our best to keep you informed, price or features may change without notice.

Intellectual Property
The copy, photos, documents, templates and other content we provide to our subscribers remain the property of Web Coaching Solutions. You may not take your site (including our templates, photos and copy) or any portion of it that was originally provided by Web Coaching Solutions from our site, either to set up your site elsewhere, sell or transfer any of this content to any third party, or for any other use. In other words, if you upload your own photos or text they are yours; but anything you get from Web Coaching Solutions remains our property.

Billing
Once you select a subscription plan, you will be automatically billed for the next service period in order to maintain uninterrupted service. Your future billings will be for the same term of service you initially signed up for. For instance, if you sign up for quarterly billing, at the end of your first 3 month’s service you will automatically billed for the following 3 months. A statement will be sent to you by e-mail each time you are billed. Your second bill (the first time you are billed automatically) will be prorated to get you on a standard billing cycle (either billed the first of the month or the first of the quarter).

Your account will be terminated after 30 days if your balance is unpaid.

Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will be provided and you will be billed for the last full calendar month in which you have service. (Meaning, whether you cancel on the first or the 30th, you’ll still pay for that last month.) If you are being billed quarterly or yearly, your unused months of service will be refunded to you less a 15% service fee (we have to pay the credit card charges to bill you the full amount, and to refund it to you).
