    Lilly Tryon, MSN, RN holds a Masters Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on coaching lifestyle change. She completed over 300 hrs of coach specific training in several coach training organizations. Working with both individuals and groups, Lilly has helped people lose weight, stop smoking, reduce stress, lower health risks, become physically active and improve their health and quality of life.
