Tony Stoltzfus

Tony StoltzfusA pioneer in Christian leadership coaching, Tony Stoltzfus has developed thousands of coaches, co-founded an international training school and created a wide range of leadership resources used around the world. He operates Coach22, an on-line Christian coaching bookstore and publisher of Christian coaching resources, and is the key developer of the Open Source Coach Training curriculum. Tony is director of the Bethel Coach Training program, a regional coach training center in Northern California, and also oversees the Christian Coaching Center, an informational coaching website with over 50 contributing authors. Tony currently lives with his wife of 25 years and two teens in Redding, California, and is part of the Bethel Church community.

Coach Training
In over a decade as a coach trainer, Tony has delivered over a hundred coaching workshops, and hundreds more class- and tele-class training sessions. While trainees remember his passion for people, transparency and skill as a trainer, he is most known for championing “training like you coach”–a philosophy of asking and showing instead of telling that makes training highly interactive, very engaging and lots of fun.

Leadership Transformation
Tony is founder of the non-profit Leadership MetaFormation Institute, a training school that uses music, the arts, drama, learning games, brain science–and coaching principles–to help leaders engage God from the heart. It’s mission is to train 100,000 leaders in 25 years to transform others and build organizational cultures of heart transformation.

Books and Materials
The author of eight books (including the best-selling Coaching Questions and Leadership Coaching), tony has also created numerous training manuals and a variety of training CDs and DVDs. He has written extensively on advanced coaching topics like calling discovery, stages in calling development and coaching leaders through transitions. His most recent book, The Calling Journey, allows leaders to create a calling timeline that shows how God has leveraged everything in their life stories to prepare them for their call.
